Terms of use
These terms govern your use of JudeMind and related Judemy AI services provided by Judemy Ltd (“Judemy”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
1. The service
Judemy is a unified technology company that provides AI-powered development tools, educational resources, and digital solutions. JudeMind is Judemy’s AI workspace for chats, projects, agents, and memory. Features may change, expand, or be limited by plan or region.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Guest use may be limited and may not sync across devices.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or to harm others
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service beyond permitted law
- Abuse AI agents, scrapers, or shared infrastructure
- Upload malware or content you do not have rights to use
- Misrepresent AI output as solely human-authored where disclosure is required
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the platform.
4. AI output & your responsibility
AI responses are probabilistic. They can invent facts, miss context, or give unsafe guidance. Always verify code, facts, citations, and recommendations before use in production, academics, business, health, law, or finance.
Specialty agents (for example legal, medical, or financial personas) provide educational information only and are not a substitute for licensed professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the service and any resulting outcomes.
5. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Judemy a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate JudeMind (including generating AI responses and syncing your workspace). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.
6. Intellectual property
Judemy brands, software, and product materials remain Judemy’s property. These terms do not transfer ownership of Judemy IP to you, except for the limited right to use the service as offered.
7. Plans & availability
Free and paid plans (when available) may include different limits. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features labeled “preview” or “coming soon” may change or be withdrawn.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Judemy disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI accuracy is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judemy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of JudeMind or reliance on AI output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after the updated terms are posted (see “Last updated”) constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires additional consent.
